Recruitment  

Purchasing Manager
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) establish and complete purchasing system and process.
2) establish and conduct purchasing plan.
3) expect and control the purchasing cost
4) select and manage the suppliers.


QC Manager
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Inspection of incoming material and products according to relevant technical documents and standards.
2) establish and conduct quality control systems and standards.
3) responsible for periodic calibration of testing devices and instrucments. Repair and maintenance of testing instructments.
4) Record the product quality history. Make the statistic analysis for quality of product.


Sales Manager
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Assist the Manager to start and maintain the business;
2) Follow the inquiry, quotation, order confirmation, and payment status;
3) Place the order to the Purchasing Dept. according to the customer requirement, especially for the requirement of package and delivery time;
4) Attend the Medical Exhibition to collect the customers information and updated market requirement, explore new customer;
5) Search the potential customers and keep good relationship with them;
6) Prepare the document or certificate and manage the product registration according to the customer requirement;


Shipping Manager
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Assist the Marketing Dept. and customer to arrange the shipment;
2) Ask for quotation of different transportations and companies, and make the order for vessel shipment, truck or air shipment as requirement;
3) Coordinate the manufacturer and the shipping company, and arrange the cargo loading and shipment;
4) Do the cargo inspection before shipment or upon receipt;
5) Prepare the shipping documents according to the custom declaration requirement;
6) Arrange the cargo storage and make the file for inventory;


Office assistant
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Answer the company telephone in working hours;
2) Assist the working staff to do the documentation work;
3) Do the arrangement and reception for visiting customers;
4) Do the daily cleaning for the working office, and maintain the office equipments;
5) Coordinate the relationship with other companies or Government office;
6) Document control.


Accountant
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1) Review or compilation of reports.
2) Annual, monthly or quarterly reporting
3) compilation of financial statements
4) budget preparation and implementation

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.
